Marsha has been with the Bradley Burns organization since 1991. Before joining Bradley Burns, she spent five years as the “right arm” to the president of an executive search firm specializing in high level IT placements. Marsha began her career with the PA State Police, spending nine years as a communications operator. At Bradley Burns, she is the orchestrator behind the scenes, making sure all systems are go. Marsha lends her expertise to ensuring that all Bradley Burns employees receive their paychecks on time. She also takes care of our database, providing all our recruiters and account managers efficiency in searching the right candidate for the job. Accuracy is the name of the game for Marsha. She brings a level of loyalty and trust that resonates sincerity and integrity. Everyone can rest assured that if Marsha’s handling the situation, it will be handled correctly.
